Jeff qualified in 1985 gaining membership of the CSP and his Grad.Dip.Phys qualification. He moved into the family Private Practice in 1988, has studied extensively in manual therapy through the MACP and has taught and mentored post graduate students over the past 20 years.
Additionally working within Aberdeen’s first Sports Clinic, he gained further experience in clinical biomechanics and repetitive strain injuries. Jeff has been a member of ACPOHE and has interests in ergonomics and occupational health. Jeff gained his membership of the AACP in 1991 adding acupuncture to compliment his manual therapy skills.
Jeff and his colleagues brought the APPI to Aberdeen in 2002 to teach physiotherapy-based Pilates and has been practising clinical and exercise-based Pilates since. Jeff is passionate about “hands-on” treatment and the benefits of the correct exercise prescription to return patients to health.
