Our physiotherapists are accredited with a number of insurance companies. At present these include Aviva Insurance Ltd, AXA PPP, BUPA, Cigna Healthcare, Pru Health, WPA, Physiotherapy Network, 3D Rehabilitation. Prior to the initial appointment, patients are kindly requested to check the conditions of their Health Insurance Policy, as the physiotherapist cannot be held responsible for any non-payment of claims. As your treatment may involve some exercise, it is advisable that you wear comfortable clothing which allows access to area being treated. We have changing facilities if you require to change. If you are receiving treatment through your health insurance company, it would be helpful if you could provide details such as your registration, membership and authorisation numbers.

All physiotherapists are CSP (Chartered Society of Physiotherapy) qualified and also registered with the HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council). As well as this, several physiotherapists are qualified in the use of acupuncture and this is regulated by the AACP (Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists).
