Tendon Problems
Tendon pain is usually linked to overuse or sudden increases in activity. It may start gradually and worsen over time, especially with repetitive movements. Whether you’re an athlete or not, we’ll help you recover and build back strength.
Common tendon issues we treat include:
Achilles Tendonitis
Pain at the back of the heel, often aggravated by walking or running.
De Quervain’s (tendonitis at the thumb)
Pain around the base of the thumb, usually from repetitive hand or wrist movements.
Jumper's Knee (Patellar Tendinopathy)
Pain just below the kneecap, common in sports involving jumping or squatting.
Tennis Elbow / Golfer’s Elbow
Pain around the elbow from overuse (see elbow section above).
Rotator Cuff-Related Pain
Shoulder pain during lifting or reaching, often due to tendon strain or overuse.
