Going for a Run

Cardiac Rehab

Our Cardiac Rehab class is run and operated by Grampian Cardiac Rehab Association (GCRA). These classes are targeted to those who have previously suffered from a cardiovascular incident such as a heart attack or bypass surgery.

They are aimed at getting you safely back into physical activity and exercise. Research indicates that participating in cardiac rehab classes can reduce your risk of re-occurring heart incidents, being readmitted to hospital and has a positive impact on your wellbeing and quality of life.

Note: This class is organised by the GRCA and operates its list by emailing suzi.will@gcra.org.uk. Please contact Suzi for enquiries and bookings.

In addition to these qualifications they will have their own GCRA AED’s at every class and there is an emergency procedure in case of accident or illness which they should follow.

To Note:

The class runs on a Thursday from 3:00pm-4:00pm at the practice.
